Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment
give plenty of water to drink to the child and contact your doctor for other medicines

Sulfadiazine is used to treat or prevent severe infection on areas of skin with second or third-degree burns.
