sir meri beti 11th month 14 days ki hai. tongue mein white white jysa hua hai. gel use kiye hai. tongue av red ho gya hai lips ka dono side red red ho gya hai. kuch kha nahi Rahi hai kya kre.

In this here it is very difficult to comhment properly until gua proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
