sir meri 8 months ki baby hai.wo koi v khana nehi kha rahi hai aur pani v bilkul nehi pe rahihai .pls mujhr bataeye

A. Hello mom aap uska urine and stools output check kare , kahin uska tummy infection na hua ho , aur abdomen bhi check kare for bloating ya gas issues . Aur ek reason for sudden loss of appetite ho sakta hai teething
