sir mere girl bhimar hote ha..March me b bhimar hue aur av phir se..bar bar bhimar kyu hote ha age ha 5 years

Normal bache ka bhimar hona..kabi nhane ke baad fan ke hwa lagne se aur climate change hone pe..I want to ask Kya bacha baar baar bhimar hota ha?.. recently she fall ill in March last week now again fall I'll in May.. Doctor said it's viral fever??my daughter is very weak she completed 5 years next month on 8 June her weight is 13.7 and height 108 cm..so please recommend diet plan for her also to make her fatty... otherwise she is very active

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. it is very common that children will fall ill again and again that is within one or two months sometimes before 5 years of age.
this falling ill is just steps to to immunity buildc up in these children and you will see that after 5 years they will not fall ill that much frequently.
till that time just take care of regular diet made from cereals pulses vegetablec milk and fruits and do not give outside packet foods and complete the vaccination of the child
