sir mere bete ke kaan me itching ho rahi hai doctor se concern kiye unhone check bhi kiya but abhi bhi uske kaan me itching ho rahi hai

I can check with an ENT doctor with which will have a fair understanding of the reason behind it what is the problem and what kind of medication and treatment would be required they have an export in the area and will be able to give you better help on that
