A. Please apply Boroline antiseptic cream this would be good and you can apply it generally into that area along with that I am also going to recommend you to include more of fibres and fluids in the diet and if you’re giving any animal milk you should stop giving it for the timing because sometimes specially cows milk can lead to heavy constipation so let’s not rule out the possibility
