Now you baby six months old so if you want then you can start giving solids and water to your baby in starting few days give everything in a fruit from liked dal ka pani, rice water, vegetable soup, fruit puree and with a time you can increase the food item in babies regular diet plan. Baby should take at least four meals in a day
