A. Hello good afternoon !! By two and half years babies start speaking sentences two to three words... What about other milestones , cognitive skills , is he speaking words atleast 50-80 words, recognizing things, colours, mingling with same age kids, responding to commands and his name , Direct eye contact...!! Observe milestones any red flags in gross , fine motor skills ... If speech issues (delay in speech) or any red flags in milestones need assessment by developmental pediatrician speech therapies would help....
