Hello mom These medicines should be Given only if it is advised by your paediatrician so in such case you should definitely consult with your doctor about it because Dr can only advise you well doses. Mostly doctors advice to give one ML drops if babies weight is more than 10 kgs Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
