Sir/medam my baby(1year 10months)suffer from these type of rashes for 2days.so please tell me suggestions and medicines

A. mere 2 bete hai 2no ko hua tha ye maine doctor se consult Kiya tha doc ne varcicular rashes bola tha ise and 1 syrup diya tha or dermocalm lotion bola tha lagane or ye rashes 5 se 7 din lete hai shi hone me
