Q.

Sir/Mam, mene apne son (Age-11 year) ka cholestrol aur THS ka blood test karwaya tha before Diwali 2024 to report mai mere son ka cholestrol ka range kafi high level par aaya hai aur THS ka range bhi thoda high aaya hai. Main apne son ka cholestrol aur THS without medicine control main rakhna chahti hu. Aap mujhe koi suggestion ya upaye bataye jo bina medicine khaee bhi ye sab control main rahe. Please please sir/mam help me.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. You need to consult a professional doctor for this. Any medicine can be given only after medical consultation. Also please get your baby evaluated by a nutritionist who can further guide you on the diet to be followed for these vitals. Pleae give homemade food only to the child and avoid outside and maida and oily food items. Thanks and take care
