Sir / madam...... my son is having loose motions from many days and we are giving ors and entogermina .....but still not getting recovered from motions....but his teeth is coming so can you suggest what medicnes to take regarding this situation..... please suggest

Teething is a natural process and there is no need to give any medicine for it.
during the teething phase kids suffer from loose motions so try to maintain proper cleanliness
