Q.

sir/madam...my son completed 7months. We are feeding nanpro from birth itself cause of lack of breast milk. our doctor advised us to stop formula milk and give packet milk. is it ok to give buffalo milk? #Vaccination

A. Breastfeeding is always a very important factor for the baby and mother and many times there are some problem faced by mother because of either wrong position while feeding lack of proper diet stress related factors. A proper is counselling is required which can be done by a lactational counsellhor along with a proper diet with plenty of liquids some supplements may be helpful like shatavari . Also try to avoid giving top milk in initial stage specially with bottle feedingi which may be the culprit for lactational failure most of the time .

A. hi as your doctor has suggested,you can start giving external milk but instead of buffalo milk, I would suggest to give cow's milk to your child it is more safe and hygienic
