sir/madam my son 3 months old got his second dose of vaccination 12 days ago there at the injection site a lump formed and today pus came out is the problem with this ....plz reply me sir thanks in advance

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. after painful vaccines like dpt which comes with pentavalent vaccine can cause swelling in the limbs which can continue for more than two months also. f it does not require any treatment and should go away on its own. after vaccinatiofn immediately you should start applying ice as well as thrombophob gel to prevent such swellings from persisting
