A. lump after vaccination - generally No need to worry for pain, fever, swelling after vaccination.  Its common after vaccination   If baby is crancky , exessive cry, swelling and fever then   Give paracetmol drops to baby for 1-2 days  Fever, pain will decreases in next 1 -2 days  Don't apply anything over vaccination site  It cause decrease in the efficiency of given vaccine   Cont. to give feed as per demand  Keep ur baby well hydrated  Keep a watch on urine output  Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day  Swelling will take it's own time to disappear.

A. Thank you Doctor. But I am worried because it has been a month since the vaccine and the lump is still there. She is not bothered by the lump in any way. But I am worried about why it is not subsiding.
