you can give two or three mint leaves with pinch of salt with few drops of ginger and lemon juice daily in morning .
provide natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more.
for leg Pain ,it might be growing pain or nutritional deficiencies.
so please offer calcium rich food like Ragi, nuts, dairy products etc more.
give Sunbath for 20 minutes a day.
avoid giving RO water.
