prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc with added fruit and vegetables.
offer more liquid and fruits..
try to give everything in form of purees

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Yes We should actually focus on cotton clothes only because that’s the right thing actually to go for because cotton things can absorb work sweat and all really well so I think nothing can be better than using cotton clothes for the child
