Q.

sir πŸ™, in firstcry parenting it has written that per kg weight of baby it needs 150 - 200 ml of formula milk. my baby weight is 7.5 kg . each time she can take 180ml only, i feed her 2 - times per day, so is it fine sir ?

A. dear mum your child is above 1 year of age formula is not at all required and unnecessary you can give top milk avoid bottle feeding milk products should also be included give variety of food groups

A. you can mix the formula with suji halwa, flattened rice powder, orelse mashed potatoes... which ever way u want to... the best way is to have mixed sattu powder like rice,wheat, flattened rice, oats n etc mix powder
