You can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatmenta lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

Have lukewarm water with lemon and honey in the morning empty stomach to burn fat. Start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Then u can do yoga to reduce ur belly fat. For now u can start with walk.
Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food
