sir I Jyoti tripathi my age is 33 year but my weight is at this time 77 kg and it increases day by day .with in a week i increases my weight 5 kg. i can't understand that how my weight increased 5 kg in a week .what I have to do please give me proper advice. I am so nervous. i have eat market food and too much food also.
