sir, i have twins(male ) 5 yrs 6 months kids. their weight is about 13 and 14 kg . since last 2 months they are not getting weight gain. their metbolism system is good. no any other problems. they sre preterm 30 wks delivered. birth weight is 1.4 and 1.6 kg
