sir, I have a daughter she is 2yrs and 10 months old, my period has been delayed since 5 days , there is no chance of getting pregnant also I am worried plz guide me?

A. hello mum if you sure that there is no chance of pregnancy then some time this is because of the hormonal changes as well if tell you do not get the period then a few reasons are also there like thyroid problem or maybe the PCOD so you need to get yourself checked from the doctor properly meanwhile you should have some food which is hot in nature like dry fruits or chuara by boiling in milk
