Q.
Sir, I had an Cesarean delivery. I can not Breastfeed my 14dys old son because of insufficient breastmilk. I am trying all possible steps for breastmilk production. But as breastmilk is insufficient for now, I am give him Similac Advance stage 1 Formula milk as well. I know Breastfeed is the best but incase if I can not Breastfeed my son due to insufficient breastmilk production, does feeding him Formula milk is harmful?

Hridya SureshMom of a 2 yr old child2 years agoA. I had c-section and had same issues. but pumping every 2 hours for 2 days helped and now I can get enough for my son. hoping you can switch to breast milk very soon.

Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this very important question first of all please don't stress mothers milk definitely is the best for your baby to do everything it takes speak to a gynecologist lactation specialist anyone who can help you increase the supply however if it doesn't work don't stress because formula milk is the next best thing to mothers milk and always remember a happy mom will make a happy baby
