Sir.. I am mother of four months baby and i am tested covid 19 positive.. so i stopped feeding him breast milk.. i squeeze the excess milk but still there is lump feeling and pain... any solution is there else🙏

A. hi please do the following things: express milk through hands or breastpump take hot shower or warm water bath to reduce the pain. wear loose fitting Cotton clothes keep your body well hydrated. maintain good hygiene
