Q.

Sir i am getting backpain. can not stand by one step and can not even stand straightly. Plz guide me to get redoff it.

A. see a Ortho doctor pls. it is not possible to comment on this as it is difficult to say with out examination and so get examination done for the same and then can be done about this .

A. hello tgis can be due to calcium difficiency and it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to advise you with calcium supplements and also have vitamin and calcium rich food in the diet which can help you overcome the pain
