This could be due to dead skin or dry skin and that is why this is looking like more of cracks so right now whenever you give a bath to the child after that apply Boroline or coconut oil and make your child wear socks I know it is socks but do that initially for one or two hours and then when you feel it is dried out then you make a child wear regular shoes or sandal do it 3 to 4 times in the day
