red spot in hand or leg and its itching...reason?????

A. if there is some red spots with itching it may be some allergic reaction apply atarax anti itch lotion and it will be better to follow the local doctor for proper advice and doctor will guide you accordingly regarding this which would be more beneficial so you can follow the advice
