A. Dear parent, good morning! For healthy weight gain and growth of your baby, you should exclusively breastfeed till the completion of 6 months. Breastfeed every 2 to 3 hours. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
