sir, Can you please tell me about the food chart I should follow for my 7 month old child? I am from Kerala. I am confused. Small pimples are seen on both sides of the lips. Over a week. At first there were few. I doubt whether it is increasing now. Is that any sign of a food allergy? I usually give her Raggy and broken wheat.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom Make sure that you are also giving fluids as well to the baby . The consistency of the food preferred for them would be liquid and semi solids. For them now and introduce one food at a time for them
