Sir bachhe buster geela kar dete hai. koi medical hai kya? bachho ki age 7. 3 year girl. 6 year girl and 4.5 year boy?

it is normal.
no need to worry
no need of medication for now.
just check your child sleep and urination pattern, try to take your child for washroom at one or two hour gap.
limit your child fluid intake before sleep time.
but if your 7 year old child is not able to get control by the age of 8 year then you have to consult your pediatrician for this.
