A. hello when the baby is teethin it can have teethin irritations and also pain and babies can start teethin as early as three months and on general between 6 months and 9 months or incase of late bloomers even around 14 months and some babies can have fever or motions also while teethin and you can massage baby gums using a soft clean cloth to get relief
