Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. the most common cause would be due to nutritional deficiency there is a possibility that your child is having snutritional deficiency which is causing such changes in the child so give plenty of water and seasonal fruits and vegetables and meet your doctor who will tell you whether any health supplemsents in the form of iron calcium vitamin d or multi vitamin is required or not .

Sometimes these white spots could be due to some kind of a deficiency in the body sometimes worms into the body and sometimes it could be due to skin related problem so it is going to be good if you check with your doctor one time for the assistance can only be given to you after a personal assessment of your child
