Q.
since my LO has cow milk protein allergy so its advised not to give ghee till 1 yr in his solid foods so can I add mustard oil little bit in his food??

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. yes you can add not a problem but amount of oil or that you are using should be limited so that baby adapts to digesting it and also you can make use of soybean oil
