since morning my 2 yr old has done 2-3 extremely dark blackish poop despite having some dark coloured food.. what could be the reason and what should I do

It’s okay dark coloured motion is not a problem but since you’re mentioning it is black it could probably be due to iron supplement if you’re giving any to the child and sometimes it could be due to the food also that you’re giving to the child is a no problem in that
