Q.
since from 2 days my breast milk suddenly reduced more...wt to do? didnt change anything in food chart...my baby till now completely on breast feed nly?. what to feed him? I name totally panic

divyaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. same problem for me to happened a week ago try to take galact granuals (it is suggested by my lactation)its working good and more protien rich food like soya seesame peanuts cashews and badam and also methi water these helped me alot now iam able to feed my baby .After taking all these it took 48 hours forme to produce milk asusually and please stay away from stress also

U Get a box of formula milk at home if you do not produce sufficient lactation for your child at any point of time you can take a support from formula feeding at that point of time see sometimes these things can happen to try to have a good amount of water hopefully you’re breastfeeding will resume but if you have doubt that it is less then it’s better to start feeding formula has
