Since after the delivery, I am experiencing a headache during menstruation. I have been taking painkillers to get rid of this. Could you please guide me on how to get rid of this headache.

aakankshaMom of a 2 yr 8 m old boy2 years agoA. after delivery I hope u didn't use AC or speedy fan. tieing scarf is must too. some body changes will occur atleast till 6 months due to hormones.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi please check for any deficiencies, like iron deficiency, vitamin D 3 or folic deficiencies please visit your physician for once keep your self well hydrated take enough rest avoid taking spicy food items do head massage with warm coconut oil atleast twice in a week
