Q.
since 3 days my 70 days old baby is crying excessively at night and hence I am giving colicaid and the moment I give he passes gas and then sleeps. He is burping properly after feeds. But I am worried If he gets used to it.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Colic in babies is a very common issue and it's matter of concern for parents as the baby is extremely irritable and inconsolable by most of the means.
Exclusive breastfeeding with a proper bupring and keeping the baby in an upright position will be helpful.
Antiflatulence medicine like semithiccone , probiotics and enzyme preparations may be helpful.
Maternal lifestyle and dietary habbits are also contributory and important.

Kids Are very much used to having gas and stomach pain issues of these medicines are completely safe to be given a lot of times you will have to give it every day also that’s completely normal it is not that your child will get used to it it it is that it is the need of the hourWrite Your Answer Here
