RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Hello ma’am I am never heard of any significance of brown colour on the lips so I am not very sure about it as to exactly what they want to know. Also I would like to tell you if you have anything other than this in particular to thing please re-post your query with all the necessary details for a better understanding
