shubh is suffering from fever and little running nose.temprature is 98.7.please guide sir

Cold most of the time is a viral illness where there could be running nose sneezing along with cough and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration . steam inhalation will also be useful in this . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be used once a proper evaluation by the doctor is donee and according to the type of cough its prescribed. if anyx fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the temperature and the dose can be repeated again after 6 hours if required .

Sinarist One American be given to the child twice a day for three days and your child is not having fever because the temperature is below 99°F so it is not fever there is no need for giving any fever medicine did your school in the body temperature missed a little warm
