Shreyansh born as pre mature, birth born weight was 1.75kg, now he is 7.2kg

A. Hello good morning !!! Generally babies increase 400-700gm per month on an average and triples their birth weight by one year. Babies growth rate(weight gain) is good don't worry. Give 3 meals and 2 snacks , fruit and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac, idly,dal kichdi, mashed rice with dal/curd ,ragi porridge,sooji, Dalia, oats porridge are suggested.
