Q.
Should we use diaper for new born baby for the whole day if she was born on 20 December. or should we use nappy sometimes in between the day. As winters are there on peak. please suggest

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Diaper rash usually results when there is irritation of skin or any infection or allergy. Most common cause of skin irritation there is when diaper is left for too long or the fecal matter in diaper rubs against the delicate skin.
Prevention for this is most important where frequent changing of diaper is necessary along with a good company diaper.
For treatment a good diaper rash cream is required like b4 nappy , rashfree cream and diaper free interval should be given. apply coconut oil and wash with luke warm water with no ruvbbing.
