ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no, it's good to use salt n sugar in baby food after 1 year of age. babies get required amount of salt from regular diet and bm. and sugar r refined with various chemicals n it supress immunity so avoid as long as possible.
