should pregnant women take any galactogogues in third trimester to improve lactation after birth?

A. Absolutely not! There is no need to take any medications when you are pregnant at all. Keep taking high protein diet on a daily basis and after delivery as the baby starts suckling,it itself will improve milk production

A. Nope It is not required as you are not sure whether your lactation is going to be less or more so why are you hassle right now if the electrician is less after you give birth to the child you can have these medicines that time but as of now you should not have any medicine
