ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. hello mam yes you should use as it is easier to clean with toothbrush. initially you can use soft finger based brush and later on you can move to normal age appropriate toothbrush.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi usually , brushing begins as soon as a child's first teeth erupt. so,if your child got his or her teeth then you can clean it with cotton clothe and warm water. or use silicone brush.
