Q.

should I tie her hairs upward to avoid the reduction of forhead area. is it true that hairs will grow on her whole forhead

A. I don’t know why do you think so and what exactly is your query in this but this is an absurd thing the hair growth is different for head and different for four head it has got no connection that how do you tie a child’s hair in general
