Exclusive breast feed your baby two hourly and on demand. tc.

No you should not start giving anything to your four months old baby and we should be totally on mother’s milk or formula milk. When mother’s milk is not sufficient for baby then the best alternative of mother’s milk is formula milk but you have to start giving solids and water only once your baby done
