After 1 year of age you can gradually start giving everything which you cook as a part of family meals. It should be easy to digest nutritious, less oily and less spicy for easy digestion by the baby.
Include seasonal fruits and vegetables also.
They not only provide with the necessary multivitamins and nutrients but also with fibre.
Keep baby hydrated and try to provide some probiotics like curd buttermilk yogurt .
These keep the digestion good
you can also give nuts like almond cashew walnut

Sugar and honey cannot be given before the age of one year only jaggery powder and date syrup can be given so if you give in honey to the child that is also absolutely incorrect so you can give all these things to the child completely after your child turns 13 months oldWrite Your Answer Here
