should I give salt to my 6 months old?

A. no dear it is recommended to avoid salt till 12 months as the salt requirements for the baby are very negligible less than a very small pinch and also kidney of baby are not mature

A. it s advisable to avoid the added sugar and salt for the baby till one year at least as the breci milk or the infant formula milk will itself contain and added salt can affect the kidney of the baby as the requirement of the salt for baby is very less so better to avoid
