Yes of course I would suggest you to give it a lot of parents are giving it and very satisfied at least kids eat whatever you’re offering other than that I also have given it as per doctors advice and never faced the problem in feeding my child and with my personal experience also I would recommend you to give salt and necessary spices from the beginning itself
