Should I give paracetamol 120 if the baby is just warm due to vomitings?

A. NO if there is fever more than 100 deg then only gv paracetamol... keep the baby well hydrated .. gv ORS... gv coconut water butter milk lassi poha upma apple banana curd ... if still persists see the dr... use Babyhug indigestion easy tummy colic roll on....
